Was Rod Jenkins at Laughlin Post 60 a mag?
Great spot! It's open to the public thanks to Nevada's liquor and gambling laws. The customers are very friendly, and they serve ice-cold beer, which is perfect for those scorching 115-degree days. View all feedback.
What Alexandra S dislikes about Laughlin Post 60:
I had a terrible experience with a bartender named Will. He was unfriendly and seemed to have a pretty big ego, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. Bartenders should create a welcoming environment, but instead, he made me feel uncomfortable. I would not want to return to a bar where he worked. View all feedback.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant a few years ago while on my motorcycle. It started to rain heavily, and the wind was howling, making the rain feel like sharp nails against my skin. I sought shelter under the overhang at the front door, but the wind was so strong that the rain still poured in. I huddled next to my bike to shield myself from the painful downpour. At one point, the wind was so fierce that it lifted my bike off the ground, leaving it balanced precariously on the front wheel and kickstand. While I was trying to hold on, a woman in her 40s peered out from the door for a moment, and we made brief eye contact. Then, she retreated and closed the door. I couldn't take it anymore; I let go of my bike as it fell over and rushed to the door, but it was locked. I knocked and pleaded for someone to let me in to escape the storm, but no one came to help. So, I had no choice but to leave my bike on the ground and lie beside it to protect myself from the relentless rain while trying to keep the bike from being blown away. I ended up waiting there, exposed, throughout the entire storm. I was shocked that they could see me struggling and chose to lock me out. It's disheartening how people can treat one another so coldly.

I had a $5 spaghetti dinner that included a salad, garlic toast, and spaghetti with meatballs. The portion sizes weren't large, but they were sufficient. They also offer meals on Thursdays, Fridays, and on Sunday mornings. We will definitely return to try some of the other dishes!
