The Calzone was DELICIOUS. The crust was flaky and almost tasted like garlic bread. The service was excellent. I ordered a Calzone and a pizza over the phone. They told me 25 minutes. I walked in at the 25 Minutes mark and they just had to box it up. Service here is amazing. Highly recommend. View all feedback.

Had a 18 GIANT BUILD YOUR OWN PIZZA . That's how they wrote the ticket, and charged me $3.50 extra for Italian Sausage, and $3.50 extra for extra cheese on the Pepperoni pizza. The amount of cheese was weak for the cost of $3.50. It was good but nothing to write home about. View all feedback.

Ordered calzone, 1/2 meatball 1/2 pepperoni SO GOOD! It's not a small serving, but very generous and lots of cheese. Also ordered a med. Pizza, good flavoring and the men folk wanted more then after 4 slices. We found our new favorite take out.
This is literally the best pizza place we’ve been to.. we come every two months to Laughlin and stay at the riverside hotel. This is our MUST go to for pizza and salad. Every time we go. We are never disappointed we take back huge pizzas to our room and all the kids enjoy them. If you’re looking for delicious New York style pizza, this place is your spot!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. I called and NO ONE WAS OF ANY HELP. I was told Ma 'am, we did our part, we made the order, once we hand it off its not our problem . For a small town place, that is SAD behavior. Will NOT patron NOR WILL ANYONE ELSE I KNOW OR ASSOCIATE WITH. Truly sad what this world is coming to.I DID order directly through the Hot Mamas website. AT NO POINT DID IT SAY A DELIVERY SERVICE WAS BEING USED. ALSO, THERE WAS TRACKER ON THE WEBISTE FOR THE DELIVERY that never mentioned Doordash..I have contacted Doordash, which was what I was told on the phone when I called the store for the issue. Doordash has contacted Hot Mamas for a refund. Let 's see if Hot Mamas will do what 's right!!!!!!SUGGESTION:Maybe, Hot Mamas should step up their customer service by having the information needed to start a refund process instead of just saying not our problem, we did our part . As what that means when saying to a customer that wants to patron your restaurant is that YOU DO NOT CARE AT ALL.
Food is amazing, they are friendly and polite. Great ? service.
