Golden Nugget Laughlin Casino

Two night comp room. as usual, the room was nice, the staff were VERY friendly, lots of parking available in the structure. Only one elevator to the parking garage but it was never a long wait. Only complaint was the a/c was awful. but not awful enough to have to call and get a repair person there. i just told the front desk about it when i left.

I have been coming here for 8 years with a two break because of covid. I have to say this hotel has gone downhill unfortunately. Your room doesn’t get cleaned for your entire stay now, you have to beg to get clean towels from rude staff members and the reception team are rude and not particularly helpful at all.The hotel is tired and rundown compared to others recently renovated. Save your money and find a better hotel for your money

Very professional front desk staff, quick check in and out. Limited amount of large vehicle parking in front of casino but lot of room in the parking lot next door. Free parking. Room was average size, bed was medium firmness, pillow were ok. Limited number of power outlets. Bathroom had adequate sink counter space. The restaurant next door at the Frontier is open late. Would stay here again when in the area.

Golden Nugget I am surprised that you have good reviews. We checked in yesterday 2-25 on my birthday. We read reviews and thought it would be a nice place to stay. The room we booked is ok. Your staff in the hotel at the front desk and Casino players club however need some serious skills in working with people. You know smiling , saying welcome to the hotel, enjoy your stay and acting like it's not an inconvenience to help you. We traveled to other casinos down the way to play and places like the Aquarius were much much more friendly and inviting. But at the one we are staying the staff is very unfriendly.If someone is paying to be in your establishment where they are spending they shouldn't be treated like an an inconvenience by the people who work there. I never write reviews my experience prompted me to do so.

The price for the room was right, but everything else (food) was expensive! No more small cafe's in these casinos, so if you just want a reasonable lunch or snack forget it. Our last trip until they get rid of the mask thing!!!
