I?ve never received food like this in my 43 years of living the young lady was extremely dismissive told me this is the way all wraps are prepared burnt with a hard shell . She was more upset I requested to have it made over rolled her eyes

Went at 0540am no one around with all the lights on. When people are there I ask for something well done it comes out cold and raw. Not hard to toast something on both sides.

I had an excellent experience due to the outstanding service provided by Jordan. We realized we had forgotten something after placing our order, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere was very friendly. Dunkin' is truly a lifesaver! This was my first time visiting this location, and I can't wait to return.

How is this place still in business? Every time I visit, I leave disappointed. I've never had a good ice cream or a good experience here. The customer service is consistently terrible, regardless of how polite I am. Today, my caramel e-Islame tasted like watered-down coffee with a pinch of sugar. This place seems to be beyond saving.

I had a very unprofessional experience at this restaurant. I repeated my order because I wasn't sure if the man taking it heard me the first time, and he started shouting at me. When I asked him at the window why he was yelling, he continued to be rude and dismissive. The worst part is that he appears to be the manager.
