Walked in this store 8646 and the staff was very nice. The man receiving my order was very nice, patient and well groomed. I would definitely recommend this store and for sure will come back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered pizza for my company today at Path Medical not too far from Domino. The manager is completely rude at the day shift I asked for the dryness of the pizza staff was not too friendly. As a company, you should retrain your personnel management to treat a customer complaint. We ordered 6 boxes of pizza Not the staff liked the pizza... Not happy Papa Johns will be our option to go forward. NOT ORDER at this point View all feedback.
I normally don?t have an issue with placing orders at this dominos and picking it up but I placed a delivery order a little after 6 pm when I checked the tracker online at 733 pm it was showing that the order was complete and delivered I try to callthe location which I stated on with no response for 42 mins which I had then pulled up to the store with the phone still holdingfor someone to answer so I could show them. I asked about the delivery and if the driver could be contacted which they seemedreluctant to want to do but he texted the driver and was told I?m the next delivery I went back home and waited 20 mins just fornothing to still be delivered i then went back to the store at 915 to request a refund and the guy was saying he would make itagain but I couldn?t wait as I had somewhere to be. I was told I got the refund but they then claimed I don?t have a receipt toget
DO NOT DO IT, ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM ANOTHER STORE. After placing my order online and waiting for 2 hrs, and calling more than 6 times without an answer. I decided to go to the store to see what was the hold-up. I spoke with herpes-of-the-mouth-lookingKlayton with the sores at the side of his mouth, who told me the phones don't work, it's my problem for ordering from them, theydon't give refunds and that's the time I have to wait to get the delivery that I paid for. His nonchalant attitude stopped shortof giving me the middle finger. Additionally, he told me if I had any further issues I should go and take it up with corporate. Don't worry Klayton, you don't need to tell me twice. Order 297. Store 8646
This was the worst Domino's pizza I have ever had. I ordered two pizzas: the first one was stuck together in the middle, making it impossible to get a slice. For the second pizza, I requested extra chicken and garlic sauce, but instead, I received just a few pieces of chicken and no garlic sauce at all. I am extremely disappointed, and from now on, I will be choosing Pizza Hut or any other pizza company instead of Domino's. I tried calling to speak with someone and was on hold for over 45 minutes. I even called the corporate office, but no one answered. I do not recommend this place at all.
When they finally handed me my order, I was given a burnt pizza. Clayton refused to issue a refund, stating that the store has a no-refund policy. I asked for a replacement, but he denied my request and insisted that I would have to pay again. I wish I could share a picture of the pizza here for everyone to see. I raised my concerns about their policy, but Clayton completely ignored me while preparing an order for another customer, whose order had apparently been accidentally taken by the driver. Overall, the management at that store is a complete disaster. I will never return and plan to escalate this issue until I receive my refund. Just a heads up: if your food isn’t made right, you won’t be able to get a refund or even a replacement.
Awful service. My order was canceled, and when I tried to call the restaurant to find out what was happening, they never answered. I was on hold for over 37 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Customer service is terrible. Believe me!
