From walking in and being sat in front of a blazing wood heater to a smile and farewell from staff, Beaches ticked all the boxes. The staff were genuine and knowledgable about menu and service was first class. The salmon was perfect and the seafood platter was a great mix of different styles as well as seafoods and fairly priced at $40. The **** Mary special was an added bonus. Will definitely return again. View all feedback.
What Ian Ward doesn't like about Beaches Restaurant:
Overall, the restaurant is just average. The food, service, and staff are sufficient, but a bit too typical. It was disappointing to see that this place hasn't improved much since it was last for sale five years ago. View all feedback.
PACIFIC OYSTERS - that's all this place is really about, be it take away or dine in you must try these little beauties. Oyster shooters 3 for $15 - best
Outstanding oysters!!!! Visited the oyster shop not the restaurant The restaurant looks amazing.
Came here with my partner on the way home to launcestonNice views from every table. Entree: we shared the scallops, which were a bit too fishy.
We had our first meal at Beaches. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Warm and comfortable. The chicken parmigiana was the best I have had and the seasonal veggies were just what was needed. Hubby ate half of Tassie's seafood on the seafood tower! Thank you, most enjoyable. Will be back before we leave.
