An incredible moment at the ALKAZAR at the port of Latte. A welcome and service made by Quentin to the small care as you see very rarely. Very good advice on the menu and on the wines so that everything goes well together, and smiles at any time. In this warm atmosphere Chef Mathieu offers a map with fresh and quality products. The weeping tiger is famous, when on the shoulder of the 9h lamb, it's amazing. Accompany home fries and vegetables to make the plate perfect. Still think of keeping a small place for dessert, all as excellent as the rest of the card. A little bit of heart for the destructed dessert with winter flavour, a feast for eyes and taste buds. Little more... We had the chance that the chef moves in the room to talk about his dishes and the passion that the kitchen inspires. This evening at the ALKAZAR was in terms of incomparable cuisine and exchange. Thank you very much, continue!!
