Manager with the long brown hair was super rude. got a big thing of fries for me and some friends and we wanted different sauces. didn?t realize it came with 3... read more Manager with the long brown hair was super rude. got a big thing of fries for me and some friends and we wanted different sauces. didn?t realize it came with 3 each. saw the manager getting all the sauces together and when she came to hand me thefood i apologized because there were so many. she just replied with ?yup? rolled her eyes and closed the window. i worked atsheetz and the company prides itself on fast, nice, efficient workers. can?t believe they have rude managers there. sorry youhad to do your job and grab some extra sauces from under the counter.

The employee who handed them to us rushed away afterward. When I went in to request a refund, the manager was surprisingly unfriendly. Normally, I would overlook this, but the manager's attitude was unacceptable. She had long brown hair and wore glasses.

Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Gas was easy to get in and out of and large selection of candies and drinks.

The staff are incredibly friendly and engage in pleasant conversation. The food is consistently well-prepared, and my orders are always accurate. I've seen one of the hospitality managers handle challenging customers with remarkable grace and professionalism. Stopping at this Sheetz truly brightens my day. Thank you, everyone!
