The most recent t... read more The service here is abysmal. We've been eating at Falbo's somewhat regularly for a few years and the service has been going steadily downhill. The most recent time we ate there will be our last. We waited nearly an hour for simple house salads, not to mention our actual meals. Our entrees all came out at very different times; I wasn't able to begin eating until 10 or more minutes after my husband and children (who also received their food several minutes apart). A table next to us received their appetizer before they even got drinks, and others had to remind the waitress of what they had ordered. The food is always great, but the same waitress always provides bad service, and tonight was a new low. We won't be back.

The people are always friendly and helpful, truly a great place for family get togethers.
