Dunkin' sho... read more Cheyenne, the Shift Leader at Dunkin', is the main reason I won't be returning. Her unwarranted attitude was immature to the point of embarrassment. Dunkin' should consider hiring staff who don't seem to despise everyone and everything—her negative energy was impossible to ignore. There is one hardworking woman on the team whose excellent efforts are unfortunately overshadowed by such unprofessional behavior. I will gladly stop coming to this Dunkin', especially since their menu deserves service that matches its quality. I'm deeply disappointed.
