We went to Dunkin for coffee and donuts this morning. Although they were very busy Utopia was very friendly and moved very fast to make sure everyone was satisfied. From time to time ordered here in the last few years, but this is the first time I ordered food and not only the staff unnecessarily rude, but my order was completely wrong. When they approached to correct the order, they gave no answer and threw the corrected sandwich on the counter and even it was shocked. Just a piece of ham. Like one, very unprofessional and I will never be back. View all feedback.
Staff is most akways friendly and tho they are ususally very busy they all do a great job. Be kind to them!

One of the workers was a bit rude about BUT Utopia coming and treating the situation wonderfully! She even checked how it tasted before I left. Great employee!!!
