Had to explain how to put on mayo! It's breadspread; not a sauce for the meat. You spread it ON the bread, to protect it FROM the meat. Unbelievable! If only they'd dump that Stubborn Soda, I could go back to adding chips and a drink to my orders. Update: Was at the store on 12 Mile, 15 minutes before close, and the door was locked already. Confirmed for two other customers that they were closed. Made it to this one on Greenfield, 1 minute before close, and they served me anyway. I'll be going here from now on.

I give the food a five but the guy behind the counter was passed I didn't tip him so he left my sandwichs on the counter with out a bag and the other employer young lady told me she sorry and put them in a bag for me

The manager was quite rude. She took away the cutting board while a young man was preparing food. I requested that she return it so he could continue working in a hygienic manner. She eventually brought the board back. However, when I found a bug in the bread and brought it to the manager's attention, she became angry and decided to prepare the food herself, without ever using a clean sheet of paper to cover the prep board.

I ordered a Philly steak and cheese, and when it was prepared, they didn’t ask me what I wanted on it—no mayo, no lettuce, and they didn’t offer to cut it in half. I only have the use of one hand, so I always request my sandwiches to be cut for convenience due to my disability. After waiting in a long line, my sandwich was already wrapped up before anyone asked if I wanted it cut. I was really disappointed. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
