Today was my first time ordering at this location. We usually use the plattsburg or Kearney locations but this one is a minute from our house so I just bit the bullet for times sake. None of our food was made correctly. They didn’t have ingredients in stock for certain sandwiches. I ordered in the app and couldn’t use my coupon code. It also took an additional 15 mins past our pickup time for the order to be ready. Service: Takeaway
Stopped in to grab a couple fountain drinks today and overheard an extremely rude Subway cashier. A man was in there to apparently grab a DoorDash order, and she instantly copped an attitude and raised her voice. Yelling snarkily she informed him, “well this pickup order was ready at 11:50am so you’ll just have to wait”. I overheard him calmly apologize, advising he came from Excelsior Springs immediately upon receiving the order, and goes where/when he’s notified”. She huffed loudly and again stated he’d “just have to wait”. I was aghast at how she treated this man and for zero reason (from what I heard). Worst part being she appeared to be the Lead or Manager. Will never be stopping to eat here and highly advise you don’t either!
