hit or miss them with their coffee orders and they closed the doors due to the kovid, but leave their mobile order app on so when u mobile ordering and u are waiting to grab and go they still find them waiting in a long drive-thru line only to pick up their order and their coffee is luke warm because it has been made there since they made a mobile order. I didn't like this location much. My order wasn't worth the price it didn't seem like my server was knowledgeable re what I REALLY wanted.
Enjoy the matcha green tea hot latte but I wanted the seasonal special....... you often run out. Can't you order enough?
Really good staff, very friendly. Need to work on calling out mobile orders. Otherwise seem pretty good under pressure.
This Starbucks is always excellent. Customer service is top notch and drinks/food are always great!
