I've been here a half dozen time, and it was always fun.

I waited for a delivery order for minutes, only to be told that the driver never showed up and I never received my order. My family and friends waited for hours for nothing. When I called, they told me it would be max minutes. They were so cheap that they offered me nothing - no credit or certificate for next time. This is an incredibly terrible service. Please avoid this place.
