Service was great. I ordered the pick 3 dinner. I had a tamale,burrito, and enchilada. I was disappointed that the whole meal tasted the same. The atmosphere was upbeat and everyone seemed to be busy. View all feedback.
What Mila D doesn't like about La Michoacana:
Been wanting to try this place out since they are much closer than the Plano location. But stopped in today got a mangonada , asked if it was fresh first and she said yes, but it ended up not being.. Also got a small elote, she was nice and I tipped her even. Once I got to the car to open up my elote it was literally just a small container of corn with cojito cheese..?! That's it! Yum!! Authentic, delicious, and generous portion. Carnitas were amazing! Definitely coming back.
The Jarritos restaurant is AMAZING!! Service was super great and our waitress was very helpful and nice! I had the Aguachile, which is a spicy shrimp ceviche, tasted amazing. The poblano pepper taco was super tasty too! Even the rice and beans were nostalgic to me. This place is a GEM!
A.K.A. Las Jarritos...wonderful place! Simple yet colorful decor, friendly attentive service. Finding a restaurant open in La Salle on Easter was almost impossible. This place was a pleasant surprise (traveling from WI to IN. All of our food was delicious and nicely served. All was tasty: chicken quesadilla, caprese salad, pork taco dinner. Have eaten in many Mexican restaurants and this place ranks with the best. They even have an Italian menu!

Impressed. Caldo de pollo/soup with chicken is delicious . Gave them a 4 because ive been here before for linch and the mexican corn was not fully hot and tasted too sweet, like candy. But this was really good.
