Fantastic food!!! The Ribeye was the best I ever had! Donny. You are the host with most and the waiting staff was very attentive!! It was great to see you! Defiant becomes a regular (probably once a week dinner spot!! I'm sorry I made it so long. Absolutely the best!!

I finally had to eat (I live out of town) and it was fabulous! The cod was perfection, wine was a happy hour special, and the owner was very friendly. And the best part... I took some French dressing to go so I can have a 101 salad if I want! I can't wait to go back.

Eat there last night for one of the soft openings and left the restaurant with great memories and a happy tummy! We got the fried pepper rings for an app and they were sooo good! I also got the bacon wrapped salmon with mango sauce which I highly recommend! I can't wait to go back and get the Pesto pasta! The sample of the sauce I got last night sold me! My taste buds about exploded!
