Vitality Bowls - Las Vegas

Today was my first time ordering here. I took a while to order what I wanted, but with the help of the guy at the front I felt sure I'd like my choice. I ordered the dessert acai bowl and asked if I could add blueberries and raspberries. He said no problem and added that to my bill. When I got the package with my order I thought about double checking but the order sheet was attached which clearly stated the additional berries so I left. Well, I liked what I got, but am only giving it a 3 because my extras were not included. It wasn't a busy time so I have no idea where the problem was. Rather disappointing for my first attempt. ?

I've been here a few times now and am currently ready to write a fair review. On my first visit, the cashier was nice. I told her that I've never been there before and she was more than happy to go over the menu with me and recommended her favorite bowl, of which I ordered and it was fantastic! On my most recent the girl was nice and helpful and was pleasant to order from. Now onto the FOOD. In my opinion it's a bit OVER PRICED for what it is. But the BOWLS are absolutely FANTASTIC. While on the other hand their PANINI and grilled cheese MISS THE MARK. Every time Ive ordered a sandwich from here it has come SLOPPILY thrown together and lacking fulfillment because they are SPARSE with INGREDIENTS. And every time they have been very, very DRY and hard to swallow. Needless to say, my panini today had about half the steak it should of... was more like I was eating mostly toasted bread. So to sum things up... customer service is friendly and helpful, they are over priced, their vitality bowls are fantastic and their sandwiches are empty and dry and leave nothing to be favored.

Found this place on my way home from Las Vegas off the strip. We wanted something healthier for the drive. I gave a 4 star because everything was good, the only thing was I wish they gave even portions of the toppings than acai base. There was too much acai base for me but others may like more. Just my preference. I ordered the tropical bowl. The base included organic acai, banana, mango, pineapple, organic flax seed, apple juice, and coconut milk. The toppings included granolas, bananas, strawberries, coconut shavings and honey. If I was in the area again I would go back to try another flavor of the acai bowls.

I went out of my way to try something else rather than a Whole Foods for a green juice ginger shot and to our surprise we encountered a unwanted visitor (ROACH in the pictures below) in their bathroom... my sister ran out squirming , literally saying I 'm traumatized this is very unfortunate.. definitely never coming here again. 0/10 , if I can give 0 stars I would. This is something no person should ever encounter..
