Village Pub Poker - Las Vegas

The food here is truly incredible, so I would rate it 5 stars without hesitation. However, I have to mention that this is the only restaurant I've come across that doesn't accept phone orders. Because of that policy, I'm giving Village Pub just 1 star. If they ever decide to change this rule, I'd be more than happy to revise my rating to 5 stars.

I'm sorry to report that my favorite local spot has dropped from a rating of five to four stars. It used to consistently earn five-star reviews from us, but unfortunately, things have changed. I recently stopped by for breakfast and lunch, and both meals were noticeably smaller in portion size. It’s clear they have reduced the amount of food they serve. While the service, quality, price, and taste are still excellent, it feels wrong to cut back when they were previously known for generous portions. I believe it's time for a new manager who prioritizes customer satisfaction over cost-cutting.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and fish and chips. The fish and chips were decent—nothing special, but also not bad. However, the Reuben was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The Bloody Mary was good, and the food came out quickly. I probably wouldn’t return.

After I have some bad experiences with the service at the other southeast location, my wife and I decided to drive a bit further and try this location because we love her breakfast! tracey was absolutely amazing. she was super attentive and gave us such a great service. we are happy to find a village pub with such an excellent customer service!

As the first time newb, which has a local breakfast, I immediately understood how the locals this place. I had an honest good breakfast in a cozy, clean, traditional atmosphere and was served professionally by a friendly waiter. I'm looking forward to going back.
