We ordered the Omakase meal priced at over $200 per person. While the Kaiseki courses were decent and had some interesting elements, we were really looking forward to the nigiri as part of the Omakase experience. Unfortunately, the nigiri was quite disappointing. To start, the rice was undercooked and lacked the vinegar taste that typically enhances the fish.
