It felt quite strange to be asked to leave while we were simply sitting at a table enjoying our drinks, especially considering it was 110 degrees outside.
To be honest, I can't recall the specific drinks I ordered during my visit. I typically choose three different ones, and they are usually all quite tasty. We enjoy mixing things up to try new options, and we always take a chance on something different. However, nobody in our group ends up ordering the same drink. The service has consistently been excellent, with everyone being friendly and accommodating. Service rating: 5/5.
I was served by Noami, and she was absolutely wonderful! Her cheerful demeanor and delightful energy truly made my experience enjoyable. She smiled throughout my visit, bringing a touch of brightness to the day. There should be more employees like Noami at outstanding places like this! Food: 5/5
Stopped in there this morning for a QUICK bite.. got absolutely nothing! Several employees behind the counter no 1 to even take my order. The gentleman affront me took so long I thought someone else would come to my rescue? Much to my surprise, agitated out of time at this point, I had to leave. Guess it takes a full 15/20 minutes per customer and full staff just to place your order nowadays?
I hope this coffee shop stays. I love coffee but I like the drive thru at this location. There have been several food establishments in this building, but they don't seem to last. I need another caramel frappe, please.?Food: 3/5
