What User doesn't like about Salt Ivy – Aria – Las Vegas:
We really wanted to love this place, but it just didn't meet our expectations. The food was quite good, but we felt that the staff were a bit inexperienced compared to what we're accustomed to. Additionally, their casual demeanor was not to our liking. Given that Aria is a luxury resort, we expected a higher standard across all the restaurants. View all feedback.

Amazing ambiance, beautifully decorated and vibrant plates.
Al and all it was fine for a quick meal on the strip when everything is reservation only. We sat in the dining room and it was super loud from the construction next door. Not their fault. Service was great. Food was cold. The waffles are fantastic.
The hostesses couldn’t be more cold, rude, or more unprofessional all 4 of them. I’m glad I made a reservation 1 week in advance to then be told after I waited in line with everyone else that there was nothing on the patio. After being seated inside and then walking the patio myself and discovering several empty tables we were moved. At table one we sat there for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged and then after moving outside to the available patio area we then at table two we sat there for another 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. So save your money and head away from the strip to Honey Salt where they actually value their clientele. FYI I would have given 4 stars for the food but even was cold by the time it made it to the table. Also never once saw the manager so not sure who’s in charge there.
