The table we were seated at was clean, and the chairs were well spaced apart, but the lighting was quite poor. It was very dark, making it difficult to read the menu. I was also disappointed to see that the price of the Red Robin seasonal bottle had increased, as I purchase it regularly for my own kitchen. I understand that inflation likely plays a role in this.

We had plenty of time to review the menu, and surprisingly, we all ended up choosing burgers. They also offer sandwiches and pizza. We couldn't resist ordering some mozzarella sticks and the impressive tower of onion rings! It was a must! I was delighted to see they had several vegan and vegetarian options as well, which was great for my mom, who follows a vegan diet. Our food arrived quickly, and the presentation was fantastic! Everyone was happy with their choices. The tower of onion rings came with two dipping sauces that were absolutely delicious, perfectly satisfying my onion ring craving. I was truly impressed by the level of service we received. We've dined at many places, but Skylar's service was a standout, making us feel genuinely welcomed. My family and I had a wonderful first experience here, and the food was excellent! I'm definitely looking forward to returning. Thank you, Skylar, for your outstanding service and hard work. You truly excel at what you do!
However, the service is just okay and can be somewhat slow. There have been times when the servers input my order correctly, yet the food runners still deliver the wrong items. For instance, I recently ordered garlic fries but ended up with regular steak fries instead! I don’t visit often, but I do occasionally stop by when I'm craving unlimited fries. Additionally, make sure to sign up for their Royalty rewards program—it provides a free birthday burger during your birthday month and a free burger for every ten you purchase!
The lady at the bar was very rude when I walked in, so I left immediately after the interaction.
My wife I popped in here for a burger 2 weeks ago, we were super happy with the meal. As with many restaurants, they were shorthanded so we were told that the wait was 30 minutes, (7pm on a weeknight), but we got seated in a nice booth after about 20 minutes of wait time. We noticed many un-bussed tables, which verified to me that they were indeed short staffed. The manager was seen cleaning them off resetting them, God bless her. Our server was bright, cheery, fast. I cant remember her name, (but she looked a lot like Ruth Langmore from Ozark, lol). I had an Arnold Palmer, my wife had water with lemon. She ordered the Blue Cheese Burger medium, I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger. We ordered zucchini sticks, steak fries. The fried foods were good, not great. They didn't taste like they were straight out of the fryer. All I can say about the burgers is that Red Robin knows how to make a great hamburger! My mushroom swiss burger was perfect! sauteed flavorful mushrooms complimented with melted high quality swiss cheese, not some cheap ****. The bun was warm, toasted, soft. Patty was done to a nice pink color, just how I love it. The BC burger was awesome as well. My wife devoured it. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles were fresh crisp. Our service team rocked throughout the whole meal. We found the prices to be reasonable also. We shall return!!
Went to this Red Robin location on February 4. Was seated immediately. Order was taken and I waited. Took a while for my iced tea to arrive. No sweetener was given. Had to ask for it. Took a while for that to come. Ordered the Black and Bleu burger. Came out hot. Unfortunately the salt grinder's lid was not properly in place, came off, and my entire meal was now covered in salt. One of the employees, Tina, apologized and made sure that a new burger would be made. Burger arrived along with another apology from Tina. Tina was one of the friendliest, efficient and nicest people I dealt with. She is an asset. Her customer skills are amazing. She deserves a raise and/or a promotion. If it weren't for Tina the entire meal would have been ruined. Kudos to her.
