**Trip Planning:** As we always do when booking a Four Seasons, we made reservations through a Preferred Partner travel agent, which provided us with valuable perks at no extra cost. Our booking included benefits such as priority early check-in, a room upgrade based on availability, a one-time $100 hotel credit, and a daily breakfast credit of $90, applicable for either dining in the restaurant or in-room service. Our travel agent was able to confirm our room upgrade before our arrival, which was a nice surprise since this typically happens only at check-in. **Arrival:** We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am on a busy Friday, encountering a mix of both arrivals and departures. Upon arriving in an Uber, we were disappointed when a bellman insisted that our driver move away from the front door to accommodate a more luxurious vehicle that had just arrived. This felt unprofessional. The bellman made a brief greeting but clearly preferred not to assist us, asking if we needed help with our bags and then motioning us towards the entrance instead of escorting us in, which I consider standard for Four Seasons service. He promptly shifted his focus to the other car. Fortunately, the doormen throughout the rest of our stay were much more attentive, consistently helping us in and out of vehicles and offering water when we were heading out. Nonetheless, the initial impression was lacking. Upon entering the hotel, we noticed a long check-in line stretching across the lobby. Although the front desk staff was fully occupied and working hard, this was another instance where the hotel missed the mark in terms of what we expect from a Four Seasons. Even though we moved through the line in under ten minutes, it didn't evoke the seamless luxury welcome we anticipated; it felt more like a large convention hotel. While waiting in line, an employee made the effort to greet everyone and offered canned water, which was a nice touch. One member of our group who had visited last year received sparkling wine as a welcome drink, so I inquired if it was available. I received a rather unusual response, stating that sparkling wine is reserved for special occasions and that the front desk would decide if we qualified. This seemed out of place; it's not as if they were serving high-end champagne (we eventually were offered a glass during check-in, but it wasn't impressive). A luxury hotel should either provide such amenities to all guests or none at all—it seems rather tacky to differentiate guests based on perceived eligibility. When we finally reached the front desk, we had a positive check-in experience with a friendly and professional clerk. She thoroughly explained the benefits included with our room rate, confirmed our upgrade from a Strip View Room to a Strip View Studio, and apologized for our room not being ready for early check-in. She assured us that she would request priority cleaning, and we received a notification via text when the room was ready about an hour later. In the meantime, she suggested we change for the pool at the spa and kindly offered to store our luggage there.

The best dog-friendly hotel! Exceptional service and great for families in Las Vegas. During our summer road trip, our family needed a pet-friendly accommodation, and the Four Seasons was just perfect for us. We will definitely return!

Everything was perfect, even when the restaurant was full. I visited the hotel bar during a convention and was impressed by the staff; they handled the busy rush remarkably well. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere very comfortable. The pool offered a relaxing escape, even during the hottest part of the day. It was well-located and well-staffed.
