Told server I had shellfish allergy. Brought our appetizer and we started eating. They came out and took our food (including my husbandâs) And told me it had shellfish. Donât they know they could kill someone pulling that kind of stunt!!! View all feedback.
Dominic was an incredibly friendly and attentive server. He made our dining experience unforgettable by patiently answering all of our tourist inquiries. He was personable and respectful throughout our meal. Thank you, Dominic!
I would like to dedicate this review to the exceptional service provided by our server, Kim, at PF CHANGS in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas on 1/16/2024. Kim went above and beyond our expectations by being polite, attentive, and accommodating to our various requests for personalized meal choices. We were even given extra fortune cookies by Kim at the end of our meal. My mother and I were so impressed by the great service that we returned the following evening (1/17/2024). Even though we were seated in a different area, Kim greeted us warmly as if we were long-time friends. This is the type of service that should be expected at a restaurant. Kudos to Kim!
