Papa John's Pizza - Las Vegas

This is the worst papa johns I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only pizza place on base. Every time I go there, my pizza is undercooked. It never fails. Also the dough is terrible every time. Even on my papadia. I cant even eat my pizza without all of the toppings falling off. I wish they'd replace this store with Domino's and I hate domino's. That basically sums it up.

Wish lobby was open for pickup. Dangerous walking through drive through to pick up.

Manager is rude. she will talk about her instead of listening to her. my order was delivered 15 minutes before delivery, so I had every right to call and find out what the problem is like. Instead of listening to my thinking, the manager spoke and spoke and spoke. she never addressed my concern and once I was finally irritated and asked her o hear her hanged. bad customer service and it has to be fired.

Update: I got to speak with a manager and she gave me credit for my next order.2nd time I try this location. I knew I should have trusted my gut. Missing items, replaced my pepsi with lemonade (no one called to check if it was okay, no one has touched it they can come and get it I called so many times and no answer! Same as the first time so they can't excuse that it is super bowl. Sent a message to the manager hopefully someone will call me back. One can only hope!!!

Average for a pizza joint. Sometimes it sucks, sometimes it's okay. Convenient though so good enough
