Dishes like skirt steak, shrimp in spicy wine sauce, and octopus with chimichurri are highlights, paired with delicious wine and Spanish desserts. While some criticize the food as salty and mediocre, others praise the tapas and paellas made with fresh ingredients. The exceptional service from Roberto and other staff has impressed guests, making Pamplona a hidden gem specializing in top-tier Spanish cuisine. Visitors rave about the ambience, service, and flavors, recommending this restaurant as a must-visit spot for authentic Spanish food in Las Vegas.
If you've never been to Spain, this restaurant will be ok for you. If you've been to Spain, this restaurant will severely disappoint. Patatas Bravas we're sun standard with just a bit of spice on the bottom and a ton of mayo on the top. Ordered the Iberico Hamand it wasn't Iberico ham. No idea what it was, but it was dry and didn't taste like Iberico. Paid Iberico prices though. Ordered a Spanish Vermut and got Italian Vermuth. Olives were substandard. I just wish we could find a real Spanish restaurant.
My wife and I had a nice meal at this restaurant. Carlos was our server and he was great. All staff was professionally dressed. The food was great. Nice, intimate setting. Definitely want to go back and try the food that we didn't get to try on the first visit.
Excellent Spanish tapas!! Delicious!! Friendly server, too.
