This is hands down my favorite place to get boba tea, they deserve the title number 1. I’ve been to other boba places in other cities and this one still holds the top spot for me. My favorite is the original milk tea 1/4 sweet. I always recommend to my friends to remember they can adjust the sweetness to their liking. This is the second No. 1 Boba Tea that I have visited in Vegas. I got the F15 Make You Dance GT, which was delicious and appropriately sized for the price based on other places in Vegas. They prepared it with powder and over cooked boba, you can tasted it and with mushy balls. Can see the separation between liquid and powder.
The service was lacking. They have no sense of urgency. I am an uber eats delivery driver, and I came into the store ready to pick up an order. Two different workers asked me what I needed help with, and I explained that I was waiting for a pickup. They took HALF AN HOUR to make 3 drinks!!! A family of 3 came in, 5 minutes after I did. They ordered 5 or 6 drinks and got all of them before I got my THREE drinks!!! I was there first so I expected to receive my drinks first. They were slacking and took forever to make these drinks. Very disappointed.
I absolutely love the Taro boba tea at this place! After a stressful day at work (let's be honest, every day is a bit hectic at my job, lol!), I decided to treat myself. As soon as I walked in, the female cashier greeted me with a smile. I ordered a 16 oz. Taro slush with 50% sweetness, and the staff was incredibly efficient—my drink was ready in just three minutes! I even tipped them for their quick and friendly service. The interior is modern and clean, which adds to the overall experience. I can't wait for my next visit!
I recently visited the second No. 1 Boba Tea location in Vegas and tried the F15 Make You Dance GT, which was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other spots in the city. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the shop that really detracted from the experience. Later that same day, I returned with a friend after having all-you-can-eat sushi, but the smell was still present. Because of this, I’m hesitant to visit this location again.
