Feedback
The newly opened Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesar's Palace offers a unique dining experience, combining a steakhouse with a cigar lounge atmosphere. While some reviewers found the food and service to be lacking, others raved about the exceptional service, delicious food, and exclusive private room options for larger groups. The ability to enjoy a high-quality meal, smoke cigars, and watch sports all in one place was a major highlight for many guests. Overall, it seems that Montecristo Cigar Bar provides a diverse and entertaining dining experience for those looking for something different in Las Vegas.
Booking a dinner reservation at this restaurant attached to the cigar bar was a bit deceiving, as we had expected a steakhouse vibe. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in a semi-private room that was truly impressive. Despite this, we were disappointed to find that the menu was a much shorter version of the menu at the Almafi restaurant, with only a NY Strip steak available. If there is only one steak option, it should be a filet or a bone-in ribeye. After speaking with the manager, we decided to dine at the Almafi instead. However, we returned later for drinks and cigars, which were excellent. The menu could use some improvement to better match the ambiance of the restaurant.
Great place to eat and have a cigar. Great service and staff.
This restaurant may not have the same old-fashioned charm as Old Homestead, but it still delivers. One unique feature is that it allows both smoking and dining, which is quite novel. I also appreciate the convenience of the OpenTable reservations system. However, upon entering without a host, the bartenders could be a bit friendlier. They seemed very focused on serving one customer at a time, leaving others in line feeling unimportant. Despite this initial impression, once seated, the experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the manager was attentive. My only suggestion would be for the bartenders to slow down a bit - they seemed a little too serious and rushed.
Excellent dinner when you have a bigger party. we had dinner here for our little company and it was excellent. great eating and the service was fantastic. the private room was comfortable for 10 people and everyone could hear and talks have no problem. drinks were made fast and good. rugged after the meal was a very unique and unforgettable part of the experience. thanks to the clubhouse team.
