Once we asked, our waiter joe was so helpful to tell us what could be done vegan

There is a separate vegan menu available at this restaurant. Just a heads up, the portions are very generous! The tofu pieces are particularly large! The servers are knowledgeable about which starters are vegan (they are listed on a separate menu due to limited space).

I followed the server's recommendation and ordered the Singapore-Style noodles veganized. The first time they brought out the dish, it was topped with shrimp, so I had to clarify that I wanted it meat-free. They remade the dish without meat, but it only had a few vegetables and no tofu, leaving me still hungry afterwards. The portion size was not worth the price.
