I have passed by this awesome restaurant so many times and I finally had a chance to go for lunch. The place is super cute decorated, the music reminds me of being in a resort in mexico by the beach. The food was delicious and the service even better. I ordered a small pozole and some green tamales, the portions are perfect size not too much and not too little. I highly recommend to try the food here , i am looking forward to going there for dinner soon.
What a great little place. We were a party of 7 on a Friday night and was worried we wouldn't find a place to accommodate us. They got us right in. Place wasn't to busy but it was just off the busy part of Fremont street. Chips and salsa were placed on table before we sat down, drinks got ordered quick. Food was great. No complaints. The Chile relleno came with a choice of meat on top. I had the asada and it was cooked medium, and was so tender. Really enjoyed it. Ceviche was super yummy, and oh the elote was the best. Service was great and the inside of this place was super cute. So if u are looking for somewhere not expensive close by I say give it a shot. They also have an outside area. I also recommend the cucumber jalapeño cocktail.
I love this place! It is downtown near the Container Park! I've been here at least five times and the food and service is excellent! They serve delicious margaritas and chips and salsa too. This would be a great place to come with your friends for happy hour! I enjoyed their fish tacos and carne asada tacos each time!
I love Mexican food but this place I would definitely return when I go back to Vegas. The waiter was nice and the food is authentic Mexican food. Even the drinks were amazing. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who knows good Mexican food and can't seem to find any. This place is it!
Cuisine: Mexican Dining: Casual Location: Downtown Las Vegas Something cool: Bottomless mimosas and really pretty entrance and traditional decor Dish recommendation: Carne asada fries My experience: I've been here a couple times. I'm not a huge fan of downtown because it's pretty run down and not well maintained. You will have to pay for parking, but there are parking areas next to and across the street from the restaurant. I enjoyed the carne asada fries I had the first time I went. My boyfriend said the ranchero bowl was good but the portion size for it was a little small. I'm a huge fan of bottomless mimosas! Unfortunately, so is everyone else. They may be low staffed, but when you pay for bottomless mimosas you would hope that your waiter would be around to get you another mimosa. We waited a long time for every round of mimosas. Even after flagging down the waiter and requesting them, they still took awhile to bring them out. At that point bottomless mimosas weren't worth it. I would suggest, if you are low staffed, bringing a pitcher with glasses for those who request bottomless mimosas.
