They provide a bad experience in the drive through. I am currently parked in the parking lot with about 5 other vehicles doing the same thing. I understand they want to make their time quotas but that's should not be my problem. If I wanted to park and wait I would have gone inside. View all feedback.

The Jack in the Box near my home doesn't compare to the fresh chicken burgers I had at this restaurant. The fact that the bathrooms were locked and out of order was a huge letdown, especially after a long journey from the mountains.
The steak was overcooked when it arrived at my table, lacking the juiciness and tenderness I expected. Another issue I encountered was hearing the staff apologize several times for system malfunctions or being short-staffed.
The order is a brise. only the complaining is that they take a while to get everything together....but 9 out of 10 times eat is hot and delicious. so can't really complain.
I have been going to Jack in the Box since high school and the menu and food have remained consistent over the years. I appreciate that they have not changed the menu, ingredients, or meat like some other restaurants. This has ensured a consistently enjoyable experience when eating their delicious food.
