The restaurant 's motto says it all, Good food for good people… It 's clearly not a catchphrase, but a montra. Went there at 8 AM on a Sunday, and there was Chef making sure everything was perfect. Amazing food, excellent service, outstanding prices. What else can I say?

Great experience. I ordered cookies and gravy with bacon and 2 slightly fried eggs. Service is excellent and food came fast and hot. The food is delicious. Perfect breakfast to start the day. The price is also very reasonable.

We visited this black facility on Friday, 9 September 2022. We didn't make reservations and I don't think you could do that. We decided to come to this restaurant on Friday morning. It's not open earlier this week. The restaurant has cool sisters right before keeping the patrons cool. Vegas has swung heat this time of the year. Upon arrival we entered the restaurant and it was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. We saw the owner chef Nina Young sitting right in front of the restaurant when we arrived. She seemed pretty casual and on Earth. At the entrance we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and can sit immediately upon arrival. We have a nice table right at the kitchen. We received paper menus that were on an intermediate shelf. Customers can change from one page to another to view all menu items. From the menu options, it seems they have some new creative dishes on the menu. These include first-class rib hash, among others southwest-inspired dishes. Our waitress came shortly after sitting and was helpful to support us in menu choices. We saw the owner came in and grabbed some sandwiches. I think it was a catering event. She had a restaurant called Old Soul, but I don't think it's open to the public anymore. We ordered the following menu items: Pomegranate iced tea unsweet, short stack of golden brown pancakes, strawberries and blueberries, Thin cutting pan roasted pork chops, devil eggs and truffle eggs sandwich. The drinks came out first. The pomegranate is sold as unsweetened, so I could sweeten it with sugar. The tea had a refreshing authentic pomegranate taste and I enjoyed it very much. It also comes with free refills. The food came about 20 minutes after our drinks. We got our pancakes first. The pancakes had slightly cracky edges and were quite delicious. They also add butter to the dough, so we did not have to add butter to these pancakes. They've paired so perfectly with the syrup. The pork chops were extremely well seasoned and had a light cripple. They were savory and so perfectly cooked. The pork engraving that came with them was also quite tasty above. It tasted like a creamy heaviness. My friend enjoyed the truffle sandwich. He said the mushrooms were cooked for perfection and very well seasoned. The bacon on the sandwich was also beautiful and crispy. The potatoes were perfectly crisp and well seasoned. The pork chop plate came with potatoes and eggs. The eggs were crushed and I requested and cooked perfectly. As my friend said, the potatoes were pretty sharp. They contained none of the mixed vegetables that can make potatoes soggy. The devil eggs were fried and very tasty. This is the first time I had fried devil eggs and they were quite delicious. Your deviled eggs come with Jalapeño salsa, which there is a little of a spicy kick. The portion sizes in this restaurant are quite amazing. You will definitely be full of your food. My meal even came with fluffy toast, but I couldn't even eat it. I was so full of my main courses. This restaurant has a very efficient service and the staff is very professional. I could use the toilet room without an incident, which was clean. The whole food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much.
