China Tang Mgm Grand Las Vegas

Oh, my Beijing duck is amazing. This is the second time that we make it in China Tang (FYI, you need to reserve it before time). The quality of the table-side service and the food was excellent. The cook was an impressive machine when he carved the duck and Drew was fantastic guided us the dinner and is very pleasant, professional person a good for the restaurant. We're coming back!

One of the worst Chinese food places! Way overpriced. A tiny quantity of food. Don’t try it! Panda Express is three times better, with 10% the cost. I was born and raised in China. I know what is good Chinese food. This is not! This place is trying to starve people to death! I spent $100 plus and was very hungry after left this place.

Pretty restaurant but rather noisy. They sat us exactly at our reservation time. Chairs are big and comfy but as you sink into them you get further and further away from the table. Found myself sitting on edge of chair to talk across the table or eat which was not so comfy. We ordered Lettuce wraps (which were very good) as an appetizer as soon as we sat down and later ordered the balance of our meal and yet soup came out before lettuce wraps which we found odd and frustrating. Then they brought the vegetable and rice dishes while we were still trying to eat the lettuce wraps but meat dish did not get served until 10-12 minutes later. Needless to say, vegetables and rice were cold by the time we got to eat them. All of the food was good and portions are enough for 3-4 people per dish. Be very specific about order in wish you want items served and when. We will go back and try again knowing what we know now.

I had arrived at 7:30 for a 7:45pm reservation when the hostess kindly asked me to return at 7:45pm due to my table not bing fully set and as soon as we came back she recognized us immediately and escorted us to the table. The server might have been back up because it took a while be fore we were greeted by Jessica and served water. Jessica was very kind and thoughtful, once I pointed out I couldn’t find the cocktail menu she realized that the menu I had had missing pages and she quickly grabbed me a new menu. To grab our food order and drink order took longer than expected and for our dinner to come out as well. We ended up being about 10-15 min late for our KA show at 9:30pm but besides the slow service Jessica was a very great serve , the hostess was very kind and the food was delicious I would give them another shot on hopefully a slower night.

Best gourmet authentic Chinese in Las Vegas! Very professional and courteous service! OUTSTANDING!
