The food: 5 stars The service: 5 stars The ambiance: 5 stars We had a table of 10 and our server helped us navigate the menu, making spot on suggestions. There was not a single thing I did not like. High points for me was the pork belly appetizer, porterhouse, Denver sole and the carrot cake. Holy moly they were made with perfection. The one thing for me that would be like 4 1/2 stars was the spicy rigatoni. I am not a fan of cream sauces so while good this was not my favorite. But everyone else at the table sang nothing but it's praises. Cannot recommend Carbone enough, while pricey it was not only worth it, I would happily go back. If you go, let your server be your guide, sit back enjoy the excellent music and have yourself a great time.

Our server Troy was the highlight of our experience. He apologized that it took awhile to get menu's and water to us, however we didn't feel like it was long at all. He offered us free dessert to make up for the wait, his commitment to ensuring every visitor has a smooth and enjoyable experience was felt. The food was of course delicious, however it was the service that ensured I will continue to visit again. Thank you Troy and Carbone for making our evening so memorable!

The dessert was good but nothing to die for. Overall a great experience. PS: if you notice your plate is chipped don't ask for another one because all their plates are chipped. It's their thing I guess

The Bolagnase sauce... read more My favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. This is a must visit for me everytime I'm in town. Must have is the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni add meatballs. The Bolagnase sauce is also a great sauce to have on any of the Pastas. Tried the octopus for the first time since it was recommended by the bartender, very tender and flavorful. Have always left full and satisfied. Reservations are a must here
