Café Zupas - Las Vegas

Staff members on their phones seems like staff and managers are talking about other staff while I'm sitting down the atmosphere seems not so good. ?ugh. Parking: Lots of parking.

This place ca never get it together. It's always a mess with the staff coming in. The sandwich maker is doing sandwiches and cashier with same gloves. Actually all the staff is doing every duties making food and rining people up on register without changing gloves. They need to have positions that they say at. That's what makes food sanitary and a clean operation. Never enough staff working to make this happen. On top of this their food is not good anymore. Quality went down.

Three things make Cafe zupas stand apart; 1. A plethora of fresh ingredients, you get a lot of stuff which adds to the flavor and experience. 2. Little touches like chocolate covered strawberry in its own little bag, nice. 3. Definitely overpriced! A very small salad with a very small sandwich for $16.00!?

Place was old and dirty. The portions were small considering the price. Staff was not friendly. Trash was overflowing.

Food, service and customer service really good for a first time visit, however seating and ambience only deserve three stars. Pity because it makes for a bit of a take away, otherwise I will visit again! By the way, I had the Mushroom Soup and Mediterranean Salad...roll included! Yum!!
