Blake's Lotaburger - Las Vegas

Like Blake's , but last time my order got mixed. Otherwise it's pretty good

4 stars for atmosphere only due to parking availability. Food was fantastic and fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Dining area clean and spacious.

I loved this place when it was the old school style restaurant. It’s been redone as a modern restaurant and, while still delicious, is missing a lot of the vibe.

When in NM, we always stop at a LotaBurger somewhere. This one is a very new and clean building which was a surprise because most Lota Burgers are old school. The staff leaves much to be desired. Placed our order. When our name was called my husband waited behind another man who proceeded to take our order and left. Why didn 't the clerk check his receipt? So we waited while they had to start over. Plus, my husband always looks forward to their iced tea. No tea. We were told no one made any this morning . We were there at 330pm. Someone should have made some by then. Burgers good but seems not to be very well run. At least, not on a Saturday.

The Customer Service at this location has improved greatly. I asked who the Manager was during my visit they told me her name was Krista and although she was busy, the restaurant was running smooth all workers had smiles!
