Bistro 57 - Las Vegas

I ordered the chicken parm. It is the largest portion I have ever seen Great meal.

Thanks to Victoria, we had a wonderful dinner at Bistro57. It was our first time and she was more than helpful when we had questions about various dishes. The food was amazing it was great to find an Italian restaurant other than a national chain so close to us. And kudos to whoever invented the Tiramisu Martini. Pure genius

Service and food was great! A very nice place for that special occasion.

We are avid supporters of Aliante and have seen this restaurant through good and bad times. Tonight was ok, service was adequate, not as good as the Market and food quality is ok for a quick American Italian dinner. We will be back but not as often as we use the Market.

The host was terrible, he had no clue what was going on or how to manage the front operations. We had reservations at 6:30, he checked me in and said it would be about 10 minutes. After about 15 he finally came back up and asked if the person I was waiting for had arrived. My reservation was for 2 people and my husband and I were both standing there (2 people), when I said the reservation is only for 2 he walked away. 3 people had come walking in that had a 6:30 reservation as well, they were late and he seated them immediately while we stood there. About 5 minutes later he walked over and said the wait is still about 30 minutes. I said, I have a reservation at 6:30 for 2 people and he again just walked away. A few minutes later he sat us, did not go over any of the specials, literally just sat us and walked away. Coming from a food and beverage background, this was terrible and unacceptable treatment from a host. Aliante really needs to step up their game. When Stations owned it, it was managed way better.
