Arby's Roast Beef - Las Vegas

I have to admit Arby's has upped their game. The actual restaurant was nice and clean and the whole atmosphere was good. The food was very good as well. I don't know why everybody hates on Arby's man its so good

The service was amazing that is why I am giving them 3 stars rosemarie was so nice. the Fries were cold didn't eat them.. it is to expense to go out to eat and get cold fries. Nope I am good .

Will not ever go back here. 2 X, missing items which I paid for. Also 2 X was served diet coke instead of coke. This is in the drive thru. Also last week the diets were flat. But they got dumped out anyhow. There was 1 slice of turkey on market freshsandwich. What a bummer. Im not a vegetarian. Work too hard for my money to get low quality food. It can be good. But not if theemployees plain do not care. Too many sandwich places too eat at priced accordingly. Employees need training. They should bemore aware of task on hand.

UPDATE: I tried going here for their new Wagyu Steakhouse burger today. It's very messy because of a lot of sauce. Otherwise, pretty good. Big giant beef patty! It's half Wagyu beef and half American beef. It was cooked unevenly; medium rare on one sideand medium well on the other. Still, real big and very tasty! Unfortunately, they were very confused at the register as to whatto ring up. At first it kept ringing up a double, then they said there wasn't anything else, then they said that was the single,but it was almost $2 too much, it was all very confusing. They finally ended up ringing up the single deluxe as I ordered, butthe kitchen somehow decided to put bacon on it anyway. All very mixed up! I really like Arby's. I have been eating Arby's fordecades, and have always enjoyed their food. And, I used to like this particular store. For years, I would always get goodservice and good food. But, ever since the pandemic, this place has tanked. The employees don't care at all what they are doing,and the food reflects it. You will be lucky to get any more than two or three slices of roast beef on your sandwich, and youwould be lucky to get anything hot or fresh. I wouldn't bother going here, since other Arby's are in town. Just go somewhereelse; anywhere else.
