This Arby’s isn’t bad. It’s in a good location, inside is nice and clean. Food was good. Crinkle fries aren’t too good. Needs ketchup. Staff was friendly. You can tell they are distressed though. With walk in orders and drive thru they struggled to get orders out and bagged in an organized manner. Not sure what the disconnect is. However we waiting 22 minutes for our order. had never had a bad experience with arby’s until yesterday evening. first the driving person did not listen. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap combo with a diet coke. I came into the window, I was charged for the packaging. So I said it again. she saw her pouring a coke zero instead of the diet. I love Arby's, always have. Their Beef n Cheddar are one of m t favorite fast foods. Not only was the restaurant clean, but the associates were especially helpful and pleasant. Great place to eat overall.
Staff is extremely friendly even while facing a situation with a temperamental pumpkin shaped Door dash driver. Food was hot and fresh. I felt like I was back home at waffle house. Great service. 10/10 would recommend.
Terrible, behaved workers. we arrived at 1030 a.m., they don't close until midnight. at the drive thru, we waited a few minutes before we were greeted, and that was after we said “Hello?”, a few more minutes pause before we were recognized. we put our order to finish the silence after we said, “That’s all” another delay then someone else came to say that it’s sorry that they checked their meat supply? So we have rested our order (even if they said: “We have listened, we just have not got it”? they tell us that they were from the brisket, from the roast meat. you are doing selling beef, and they are out? an entire hour and a half before closing? my guess is that they left and didn't want to serve us, or the 3 cars behind us and who know how many others. arbys, they need to improve their game and much better in service, especially this place!
The waiting time was something, but better than the last time. the gm has teamworkers go out so the best with a sinking ship. more than last. sloppy sand, who and a bit of a chaos, 20 min wait for dune in.
Never in my life has ever been in a fast food business that has the most terrible employees. the customer service is so terrible that I will be forced to write letters to manager, district manager and executives. there must be something about my experience. a hired person told me that they were out of truthahn, good, so I asked them if they can do it without the truthahn slider and nothing from where the superior screamed that we are out of truth and when I said screamed that 's what it was. later I asked the others if there were drinks with the order I picked up, their answer was that I didn't know that something she should know. she realized that there were 2 drinks on the order and 1 was a shake, her cake where our shaker machine is broken, oh good if I would give a negative star I would. I'll be in touch with the owners. this experience was traumatic to say the least!
