Wingstop - Las Vegas Strip

The wings were cooked perfectly and the wings were decent sized. Customer service, however, could use some help. The girl called me to the register to ask what was my order, then proceeded to help, what appeared to be a trainee on the next register, then came back to me with a sigh of frustration. i proceeded to give her my order then she stepped away to help the trainee again, which at that point, they switched registers. I gave him my order but had to repeat it a couple of times since it was quite loud in there. Even after the order was repeated, it still came out wrong, because I didn't want the wings soaked in the sauces.

Drove 15 minutes to get there. It was busy because it's Sunday so we had to wait 18 minutes for the food to be ready but it was worth it because everything was delicious. I did not like the fancy sweet sauces but I did like the garlic Parmesan chicken, and the hottest atomic sauce was very good. I'm not too fond of the sweet sauces, but, everything else is good. The fries are good above average I would say the chicken nuggets are bready if that's a word . it would be nice if they had a light covering on them, and the chicken pieces had more chicken than bread, but other than that the bone in wings are excellent.

I've ordered there 4 times. Always disappointed. The red Rock location is so good. But location is run by little brats and the management doesn't care at all about the quality of anything. So disappointed.

They messed up my order today. I ordered a chicken sandwich Korean spicy bbq and a 5 piece smoked bbq piece add on. Both items were smoked BBQ. Is there anyway someone can double check the order before placing in the bag? Especially for carry out orders..
