Silverado Steak House - Las Vegas Strip

This was a very special occasion. My uncle came in from out of town to celebrate his birthday. For my parents, husband and I being local we thought to bring him to the best steak house in town. And we did just that. My uncle was so impressed with the service and food. We were blessed to have an incredible waiter, Paul and server, Jacey. Both worked so well together and provided that fine dining local experience. We generally dine here for birthdays, anniversaries and new years celebrations, etc. This is our home away from home. The service by both Paul and Jacey was impeccable. Jacey and Paul were not only personable and friendly but very attentive to our table. Making sure to check in on us often and made us feel not only welcomed but comfortable. Silverado Steakhouse always provides consistency with their food, as well. Our food was cooked to perfection. We will see you both very soon. Thank you for making our dining experience so memorable.

We went for a birthday dinner, just immediate family. 3 of us got the NY Strip and found it to be excellent. One was done medium and the others medium-rare (all to perfection). The steaks were very lean and were delicious. One other person got the prime rib. They loved it as well. What's nice about the Silverado Steak House is that each entree comes with a potato of choice or a vegetable (green beans) and a house salad. I have been to many high-end steak houses in Vegas and everything is ala carte at these other places. I'm not saying this is on the same level as some of these other high-end steakhouses, but for more of a local's casino steakhouse it's good food at a reasonable price. We also had the shrimp cocktail app and it was delicious too!

Simply brilliant! The food, service and overall ambience were so good. Both my wife and I had the 8 oz filet. They were done to perfection as were the salad made table side, loaded baked potato and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Add to it the perfect service by Lito, and we had the perfect night for our 35th wedding anniversary.

Great setup to get a good amount of people in a relatively smaller space, but didn't feel over crowded. Menu was on the smaller side but covered most dining options a party might want. Food itself was delicious, our group split a few appetizers, specialty cocktails were very good and the main course portions were good. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price of everything, felt like a great value all considered. Highly recommend if you're at the South Point and looking for a nice meal
