What Michael Potter doesn't like about Cafe Berlin:
I love this place, great food and beer, but wow has it gotten expensive. For lunch, wife and I had 2 beers and shared a Jaegar schnitzel entree, with a $10 tip, $70!!! View all feedback.
Great place if you like German food. It’s a few miles from the Las Vegas strip, but worth the drive. Food was authentic, fast service, and large portions. Great place to take the family to get an authentic taste von Deutschland.
Another Update this place always exceeds expectations. The staff remembers their customers and the food is consistently delicious. The Jaeger Schnitzel with house made spaetzle is literally fantastic. Coming here is like swinging by your mom’s house for a home cooked meal. Great job guys! This is actually the first time I remembered to take a photo of my food before digging in! Update I had to back for another round of perfectly cooked Snitzle and once again it was spectacular. This time I asked how they manage to get the dish perfectly golden brown and crispy without the breading falling off. I was told it’s because they use a true authentic home cooking method which is pan fried unlike other places that use a deep fryer. They also make their spetzle noodles from scratch every day which is very hard to find! I got some better shots of the interior this time. It’s soooo cute inside here! was craving some spaetzle and this place knocked my socks off! The food was quick, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was unexpectedly awesome its super cute inside.
Only giving service 2 stars because they comped our meal, but Cafe Berlin is easily one of the worst restaurants we have been to in Vegas so far. Ordered the beer braut potato plate, and the jaegerschnitzel which both tasted similarly to cardboard and hospital food. Service was slow because she was chatting and eating takeout with her friend at the bar, which would be fine if everything else wasn’t so bad. The waitress brought out the chef to have me tell them I don’t like their food. Very weird, and intimidating. As someone with anxiety and has a hard time speaking up, it made me never want to go back. Next day husband and I are feeling very sick, and vomiting…food poisoning as well? Either way, I’d avoid this place unless you’re okay with $30 a plate with a side of food poisoning.

If you have been to Germany and had a cola-wissen then you found the best since you've been. The food is solid and every staff member has been friendly and authentic!
