I have lived in this city for a number of years and never stayed her. My family includes small children so this is what we booked for three days. Don at the front desk was gentle and kind with his words. Easy in and out of the front desk. Gloria and Maria were helpful when it came to the elevators at busy times of the day. Such good customer service from floor to floor View all feedback.

Dead bed bugs in the room were the lease of our problem. The tub would not drain so we had to shower in ankle-high water. The wood rot was so bad in the bathroom, that there was a three-inch hole in the wall. This room was not worth $200 a night. In my opinion, the property should be condemned. View all feedback.
I had the BBQ pork sliders. They were better than I expected. Pretty good for fast food. My friend had a cheese burger and he thought it was very good.

Absolutely awful property. We chose this hotel because of its family friendly reputation. I read reviews before booking and wasn't expecting much. I knew it was an older property that was run down. What I didn't expect was for our room to be dirty, mold in the bathroom and for the 2 queen sized beds to actually seem more like doubles. When I called down to the front desk to speak to someone about it their solution was for me to spend an additional $200 on another room. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty I was told they don't take calls and I would have to come downstairs. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
I was going to give the hotel a decent review, and now I have changed my mind. The staff is friendly, but that's after you have to go through the Timeshare salespeople who have pegged as suckers. Then, the elevators on the 25th floor don't work. You have to go up before you go downstairs. The buttons don't work for down, even if you hold the button. I would say that my first trip to Vegas would be exciting. It was until I got to this hotel. Next trip, I will go somewhere else to stay.
