Baja Fresh - Las Vegas Strip

Located to a little far corner of the casino level. Would have been better if it was in food court level though. Smoking from the casino is really disturbing the meal time. However, food itself and service is way better than expected.

No matter what time of day we've gone to Baja while staying in Excalibur, everyone has always been so nice. The food tastes fresh and very good! Best place we've seen in the hotel for value and quality of food. Definitely recommend! We had their Fajitas, quesadillas, queso and guacamole. All so good! Their salsa bar is great, too, especially with fresh limes and cilantro.

Went to Vegas and was staying in the Excalibur and wanted something just like at home, it’s been a month now and I’ve been craving to go back ever since

Excellent food, good and fast service. We bought the baja bowl with pinto beans and chicken and chicken fajitas. We got it in a few minutes; Food quality was very good, clean, good quantity and tasted well. Staff were professional and courteous, given that the latter seems to be quite rare in Las Vegas.

Of course the atmosphere was crazy, it's in a Vegas Casino. They happily made my burritos right at closing (Midnight). The burritos were good, just a little dry. The only real downside is the site says 24hrs and they close at midnight.
