Ariela’s Pizza Kosher Kitchen

I would give this place no stars if I could. Ariela was HORRIBLE to deal with! We hired her to cater an event, giving specifics on how many people will be attending, exactly what time she needed to be there, and the location. She was an hour late and showed up at an address across town. When she finally arrived, the oat milk for the hot chocolate bar had spilled all over her car. When asked how we can get more hot oat milk, she said she would take care of it.She started to put out the food and then we saw that she did not make enough food for the number of people that we told her would be at the event. Her excuse was that she told us how many people would be served by each tray and that we should have figured it out from there on her website. SHE NEVER MADE SUGGESTIONS AS TO THE NUMBER OF TRAYS IF FOOD WE SHOULD HAVE when discussing this with her. She is the so called expert and refused to give her expertise .As she took the foil off of the trays we were horrified to see the food was burnt. Her excuse it 's vegan and that 's how vegan cheese looks. The lasagna was also swimming in water, indicating that she froze it and then reheated it. It was not fresh. So yes, it was burnt and had a pool of water in the bottom. It looked horrible! The penne al vodka had barely any sauce, the noodles stuck together, and it looked very unappetizing.The tray of vegetables included carrots that were spoiled and rotten snap peas. It was embarrassing and disgusting.A 3 year old could have decorated the cupcakes better than she did. They were clearly baked days in advance as the cherries on the Black Forest cupcakes had cherry juice spilling throughout the cupcake.She left to go get more oat milk, dropped it off and refused to come in to make sure the carafe would heat up the milk. It did not work. I called her and she said it would work...it never did! Our hot chocolate bar was ruined, one of the only thing the girls being honored had asked for.Upon washing out the carafe of oat milk, it was discovered that it had not been cleaned. It was filthy and covered in either coffee debris or rust.She is a thief, a liar, was horrible to work with, was filthy, and always had an excuse for everything. She also had a terrible attitude the entire few minutes she was there, never apologized for the burnt food, spoiled vegetables, or spilled milk, ruining the party. In addition, she is extremely defensive and instead of listening to feedback from customers, she blames them for her inadequacies. I have no idea how the health department hasn 't shut her down. I hired Ariela's for a very special catering event for 35 teenagers. I ordered lasagna, penne Al a vodka, salad, vegetable tray, cupcakes, and hot oat milk (for a hot chocolate bar). The lasagna came extremely burnt and watery (frozen vegetables were clearly used), vegetable platter came with old vegetables (carrots were bleached) that came with dressing we made clear we did not want, cupcakes were awful. The cupcakes had oat milk spilled all over them and they were unservable and disgusting. The owner delivered the catering order 45 minutes late as she forgot where the address was (she thought it was desert shores yet it was in southwest Las Vegas AND it was confirmed a week and a half prior), brought food for 12 instead of 35, spilled the hot oat milk all over, and made excuses for everything, never once apologizing. When she finally was able to get some oat milk to replace the spilled oat milk she dropped off cold oat milk and said to stick it in her urn to heat it up and took off. Again, I PAID for hot oat milk and she charged me extra for serving yet did not have the audacity to come and heat it up as she was extremely embarrassed by her actions. Well we opened her urn and there was mold all over the inside- super disgusting! We cleaned it out and turned it on and it would not turn on. She knowingly gave us a broken urn. She never apologized for anything. I would hate for anyone else to experience the enormous stress that I went through. When I hire her I asked if she knew what vegan was and she said yes and that she was SO excited to cater our event. She over charged, under delivered, refused to apologize, and is full of excuses. Stay far away as there are many kosher and/or vegan options in Las Vegas who know how to cater an event and not stress you out. clearly by her response you can tell that she is a horrible business person. She lied many times over, stole my money as she refused to produce what was agreed upon and signed for, and has horrible business practices. I witnessed her being rude to her associates barking orders at them as opposed to being kind and asking them to do things. I should have known from that moment on that this would be a disaster but she kept saying over and over she could do this event and wanted me to hire her.

Small local kosher pizza spot in Vegas. Had a Margherita pizza, Cajun fries and the sugar cinnamon donuts. Everything was good but the donuts had a weird seasoning which was not just cinnamon and sugar, perhaps cumin or za'atar? Not to my liking. I'd come back here for kosher pizza if I'm ever in Vegas again.

New customer alert: Called in to place an order on 12/21/22 at 11:25am. A male employee picked up and immediately was extremely hostile over the phone. I wanted to place an order for a vegan pizza and had questions. Male employee appeared to be annoyed and unprofessional when I asked questions. This business doesn’t appear to care for new customers. I advised the male employee based on his attitude I will not do business with him. He laughed. Go somewhere else.

Delightful and delicious place. I travel all around the world but this pizza is phenominal. Thanks. I look forward to returning.
