Since this is pretty much the only restaurant in area 15, I appreciate that they offer vegan options. I can't comment on the entire menu since I only tried the vegan pizza, but I really liked it! The service was friendly and attentive too (although I visited during a slow period, so it may be different if they were busy). View all feedback.
What Mike Myers doesn't like about The Beast By Todd English:
Unique place, good service and atmosphere. Food was okay.Reason for the 3 stars is because the chairs are some of the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in and the brisket was about as dry as the desert air here. I'm also from the South so this might be good brisket for the area but it wouldn't even pass for edible in Texas. Cajun Fries were frozen with some seasoning salt, also back to the South, would be laughed at... View all feedback.
There are some wonderful vegan dining options in the area, making it a great place to spend a lot of time. The flower kale wings and black bean burgers were delicious, and I would definitely return again.
As the only dining option in Area 15, I am grateful that this restaurant offers vegan choices. I can't comment on the entire menu, as I only tried the vegan pizza, but I found it to be delicious! The service was friendly and attentive, although I visited during a slow period, so it may vary when they are busy.

We were a bit hesitant to try out this restaurant, but since we were already in Area 15 and were hungry, we decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a great choice. We were seated right away (there were two of us) as it was a slow day. We ordered the white pizza along with harissa grilled baby carrots and honey balsamic brussels sprouts to share. It may have seemed like a strange combination, but those were the items that appealed to us at the time. Our server informed us that the dishes would be brought out as they were ready, rather than all at once. We received the brussels sprouts first, then the pizza, and finally the carrots. The brussels sprouts were our favorite - crispy on the outside and coated perfectly in sauce. The white pizza was full of flavor and reheated nicely as leftovers. The carrots were delicious as well. Our server was attentive, refilling our water promptly, bringing us a box for the leftovers, and presenting the check quickly. The restaurant was clean and though it was still noisy due to being in Area 15, it was less chaotic and offered a pleasant reprieve from the noise.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the quick, friendly service at this restaurant. We tried the brussel sprouts with macaroni and cheese, as well as the caramelized onions and mushrooms, both of which were fantastic. The loaded nachos, however, were just okay compared to the other dishes we had tried - it felt like they were missing something to take them to the next level. It was also strange that they didn't have tomatoes on them. The drinks were also excellent.
