I was able to get a great sushi burrito despite having many dietary restrictions/allergies/food sensitivities like to gluten, dairy, soy, etc. They have a good chart for the allergen information in all the ingredients, if you ask for it. It's a really cool idea, too Mexican/sushi fusion. It was surprisingly good to have roasted corn, pico de gallo, and jalapeno in my sushi burrito! Next time I'll get the avocado topping, too my burrito would have been better with more fat in it. I would urge caution with the raw salmon here, as I think I got parasites from it (freezing is supposed to kill parasites but maybe it wasn't frozen long enough), but they offer cooked salmon, which is also gluten free. It's a great value, too, with many options under $10. Dietary restrictions: they have a chart with allergen info and I found plenty of options that were gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. I have noticed though that the staff has changed a lot and they now have raised their prices and give you less food in the sushi burrito's. I don't know if that is just because new staff is not trained well or they are just trying to make more money and provide less food. Also, their fountain drink machine is no longer present so you must buy Coke in a can now.

We found a place that was incredibly delicious and fresh. If there was a location near me in Texas, I would dine here all the time! It was amazing. You all should definitely give it a try.

Her... read more I love the food and the staff who have assisted me in the past. However, recently I've encountered a very rude woman with short hair at the Badura location. Her smirk and dismissive tone have made my visits uncomfortable, especially considering how friendly everyone else is. I've been coming here for the last six years, but I'm reaching my limit. It's disheartening to see how one person's behavior can detract from the overall experience. To make matters worse, another customer mentioned they had experienced the same attitude and suggested that this woman might be the store manager. She really needs some customer service training—or perhaps should stay behind the scenes!

I always go for the Salmon Sushi Burrito, and it never fails to be both filling and delicious. Their sauces are tasty! The food quality is excellent, and the portion sizes are just right.
