Flavourful, most and served piping hot, still grilling on the personal cast iron skillet along with julienned onions and a few pepper slices. The vegetables, the best I have been presented with in my past 15 years in Panama. Cooked with high heat, giving a whisper of a char, retaining the natural moistness. First mandolin ribbons of eggplant ever served in Panama. The chicken diabla pizza was flavourful, crispy bottomed and perfectly baked. Best meal in Panama.

Took these guys 60 plus minutes to have the order ready after we called ahead, where they said it would be ready in 20 mins! Chicken was dry, cheese cold, patcones soggy, rice didn't taste good at all. Didn't offer my wife any discount/ apologies, even made her pay for a drink while waiting the additional 45 minutes. At least offer a free drink people! Avoid this wanna be high end, look at us restaurant and save your money for somewhere else!
