Poor customer service. We were never notified that our banana splits were ready and after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter and asked if they forgot about our order. They said the banana splits were ready and were placed in a small refrigerator. They placed them on the counter and it was obvious they were MELTED. We asked if they could make new banana splits and they said that the melted ones were edible... View all feedback.
