The new dill burger and pickle fries are surprisingly good. The shakes are decent as well, though I wouldn’t put them on the same level as a true handmade shake. The car hops at this location are excellent; they are very polite, efficient, and skilled at their jobs. They really make you feel valued as a customer and work hard to ensure you have a great experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
There service sucked my car hop saw that one of the drinks had liquid around it and wiped it off with her hand from top to bottom. Not only that the so called Buffalo chicken had no sauce on it and they forgot a item on my receipt along with waiting 15 mins from when they said they were on there way I had to call to ask what was going on. Spent a solid 35 minutes waiting for my meal, ended up having to go through the drive thru line just to get my order because they refused to answer from the stalls. When i got to the front of the line i was given a cold order and when i asked for a manager i was told no?? Usually this type of service can be excused however the coworkers were clearly under the influence and standing around chatting. Update: this place is still awful. Always out of slushy or anything you want to order. The app never works either. We pulled into the Sonic ordering stall and the screen was upside down. That was odd. We then proceeded to order. We ordered three drinks. One sprite with grape, one ocean water, and one banana cheesecake milkshake. There must have been something wrong with the speaker too, because we had to tell the lady three times that it was not a cherry limeade that we
I just bought two Sonic Cheeseburger, and it was disgusting!! Old and cold hamburgers, no lettuce at all in the burger, the other veggies horrible and soggy. The meat patties over cooked and cold when I try them. I don't recommend this place at all!! I wish I could rate with a negative star

The ice cream was practically melting before it even reached me. There were no napkins provided either. I can't understand why Sonic struggles to prioritize small orders, like a single cone, over larger ones. It was frustrating to see employees just sitting around waiting to deliver other food while I was left waiting for my simple cone.
